Alattehotte - Service SUCKS
Phillips told me to send my Saeco Syntia to Alatte Hotte for diagnosis and repair. Rob (the owner) told me that it typically takes one week to fix these machines.
Once he received it - he billed me $281 for the repair before ordering parts. This was in early January 2016. Nothing happened until I started phoning him in March. He said Phillips was still sourcing parts.
I called Phillips and they said they had parts. After getting parts he then couldn't get it repaired. He said that he would send it back and refund my money.
I got the useless machine back but now it is May and no refund. I will spread the word about his shoddy business and complain to Phillips about their "Factory Authorized Service Center." STAY AWAY from Alatte Hotte unless you like being abused.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $281.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Alattehotte Cons: Deceptive practices.
