I placed an order on a Saturday with estimated delivery date via Fedex Home Delivery of the following Tuesday. I called several times over a week of time including 9 days later and could never even get a tracking number despite being told the order had been sent.

I do not appreciate the deceptive practices on the website regarding shipping information particularly when next day shipping was even an option despite the fact that the item was not in stock and also that Rob was not truthful with me regarding the status of the order and delivery date.

Luckily I purchased the Jura expresso machine using Paypal which resulted in a quick refund.

Buyer beware...

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Whole ordering process.
